We are looking for experienced CNC operators who are meticulous, responsible, and enjoy working in a team. With us, you will have a varied role involving quality control, machine maintenance, and collaboration with programmers - on shifts that suit your lifestyle.

About the position

As a CNC operator, you will:

• Operate and monitor our CNC machines in production.
• Ensure that the parts meet quality requirements.
• Perform daily maintenance on the machines.
• Ensure that the correct jobs and tools are in place.
• Collaborate with programmers and the quality department in case of any issues.
• Perform manual tasks such as deburring and polishing parts.

We are looking for someone who

• Has at least 1-3 years of experience as a CNC operator or in a similar field.
• Is meticulous, responsible, and enjoys working in a team.
• Has a good understanding of quality and production technology.

Working hours

Three different shift models:

• 2-shift
  • Week 1: Mon-Fri 06:00-14:30
  • Week 2: Mon-Thu 14:12-22:36
• Hybrid shift
  • Week 1: Mon-Fri 14:12-22:54
  • Week 2: Mon-Fri 06:12-14:36, Sat 06:00-18:30 & Sun 08:06-20:36
  • Week 3: Off
• Permanent night shift
  • Sun 20:18-06:18
  • Mon-Wed 22:18-06:18

The employment is classified in a security category, which in this case requires Swedish citizenship and a passed security check and background check. The security check is conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Security Protection Act (2018:585).

Offer

Formally, employment with us is based on the same laws and regulations as in the rest of the labor market. We have a collective agreement, with everything it entails regarding insurance, occupational pension, and union relations. What differs is that you will be employed by us but work on various assignments for our clients.
